The food is made deliciously, I loved it! Please try their food, it is worth the wait! Waiting time was only around 10mins so be patient because they are preparing your order with love.Owner response

Obsessed with this bubble tea place!! Their drinks are sooo good and super addictive – not just me, my husband is hooked too. We love that you can choose your own sugar and ice levels, makes it perfect every time. The food is tasty and affordable, and omg their plum seasoning is next-level amazing!! The staff are always so nice too, which makes us keep coming back. Honestly our fave spot for bubble tea and snacks!

Best bubble tea in Swansea. We ordered meal 1 with chilli, plum & seaweed seasonings, lychee fruit tea & osmanthus tea with pearl topping. Best flavoured chicken I’ve ever had. Food was quick, tasty & good value 10/10

The best bubble tea place in Swansea. I go here everyday to get a bubble tea and it’s always 10/10. The staff now know my order by heart. Amazing customer service. All the staff are amazing and very kind and caring. I’ve tried a lot of bubble tea places but cha cha always just tops it off. Even better than some of the places in London.

Service was very good and everyone understood what I wanted. It's a very cozy and clean place. It's possible to take it to go or drink it there. I ordered Rose Green Tea (if I'm right, something with Rose) with coconut jelly. Overall, the drink was good, but the jelly was a bit hard 😕.

The drinks here are incredible, for real. Reasonably priced and highly customisable down to sugar and ice level. They also sell super cute trinkets and knick-knacks. I go here as much as I can and couldn't recommend more. Get the peach, mango, and strawberry fruit tea, it will change your life.

I got the black tea with brown sugar tapioca and it was delicious! Oat and soy milk options if you're non- dairy and the tapioca was perfect. If you don't like it too sweet I'd recommend getting 50% sugar as I did and it was still plenty sweet for my taste. Huge selection of drinks and lovely staff, will definitely be coming back

Such a cute little bubble tea shop, they do a huge variety of drinks and have plenty that are caffeine free. They’ve recently started doing food here too. The ladies that work here are very polite and all the drinks are halal.

They have a great range of tea and toppings available. When I went I got black milk tea and rose milk tea (both with tapioca) and they were delicious! On top of this they were very well priced compared to other places I’ve been to.

Came here a while ago with some friends but I forgot to review. If you come here I'd definitely recommend ordering oolong tea, 75/45% sweetness with brown sugar pearls, but what you order is based on preference really, both of my friends got jasmine, 55% with brown sugar pearls one of them drank it all in the first thirty minutes after leaving and the other spent hours trying not to waste it. Personally I loved my drink, and next time I come to Swansea if its open I'm definitely coming back.
